Returns

We gladly accept returns as long as you follow these simple instructions.   The item returned must be in it's original condition,  uncut and unaltered. 
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned items.  Merchandise returned for refund must be received within 30 days of receipt. 
We cannot accept any returns for refund after 30 days.  An authorization or RMA number is not needed
,
but please include a copy of your original invoice and include a note indicating why you are returning your item.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Are you a distributor or manufacturer?
Answer:
We are a manufacturer of reproduction pistol grips, buttplates and grip caps.  We also have a few forends for Colt® and Mossberg; trigger guards, rifle ribs and sights for Remington and resting bars, recoil pads, foreplates, ejectors and spacers, and a magazine bottom for Luger.  We continue to obtain originals to reproduce and add to our collection.
Question: Where are your products manufactured?
Answer:
Our products are manufactured in our Casselberry, Florida facility.
Question:  Do you stock your products?
Answer:
Many of our products are in stock and ready to ship, if a product is not in stock when we receive an order, we will cast your order on the same or next business day your order was received excluding weekends and Holidays.
Question: I placed an order over the weekend,  will you ship it Monday?
Answer:
We process all orders at 7:30 AM every weekday.  If an order comes in on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday morning.  We process, cast (if not in stock) and ship all orders within 48 hours after receipt of an order on a normal business day.  We pride ourselves on our quick turn-around from when an order is received, until it is shipped.  Many times an order will be processed within 24 hours on a normal business day.  It may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order, so please be patient.
Question: How long does it take to receive my product after I order?
Answer:
  This will depend on whether you selected USPS Standard or Priority Mail shipping and where you are located.  Since it takes up to 48 hours to process an order beginning on the first business day after receipt of an order, you would typically add an additional 3 to 6 business days for standard USPS shipping, and two to three days, if you selected USPS Priority Mail shipping.  Of course these are average delivery times and they will vary depending on how close you are located to our office.
Question: How do I find out if you ship International to my country and how much shipping will cost?
Answer:
  Simply add your desired products to your shopping cart and select your country from the drop down box, if you do not see your country listed, exit your cart and send us an email.  If your country is listed, fill out all the information in your cart, select International Shipping and click add to see the shipping total.  All International orders ship Priority Mail at a cost of 29.95
Question: I see you offer a lot of different colors, but I don't see the grips I want in different colors, where are they?
Answer:
We offer color samples of our various color offerings but with over 1500 different products, it is impossible for us to show all our products in all the colors we offer.  We occasionally use various color options throughout our store so you will be able to see those colors listed on a different product.  We are unable to send pictures to you of the various colors if requested.
Question: What shipping options do you offer?
Answer:
We currently offer Standard USPS shipping (USPS First Class) and USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders within the United States.  All International orders will be shipped Priority Mail International. If you need your order more quickly and want to make special arrangements, call us prior to ordering.
Question: I'd like you to email me the grips I want in a few different colors, can you do that for me?
Answer:
We currently offer over 21 different colors..  You can see our various colors by visiting our color options section on our store but we do not have sample colors in all our products and we will be unable to send specific colored products to you at this time.
Question: Can I get a tracking number for my standard shipping order?
Answer:
  No.  We cannot offer tracking of your order unless you select Priority Mail Shipping..
Question: Is hardware like the screws and escutcheons included with my order?
Answer:
  No hardware is not included unless it is specified as being included on a particular product.  Some wood items have the hardware included and they will be marked.
Question: I need to buy the hardware for my grips, but I am not sure which ones to buy and I am confused about all the ones you have listed like SE1 and SE2 etc.
Answer:
SE1 and SE2 are screw and escutcheons kits that are particular to certain sets of grips.  Many of our grips and buttplates now have kits on their own order page.  If you wish to order hardware for your grips and you do not see the correct hardware listed on the grips order page, please order Hardware Kit SE1 and in the remark section of your order checkout page, note that the hardware is for your grips order.  If we do not have the hardware for your order we will contact you and we will remove the cost of the hardware from your order.  You will still be charged for whatever other items you have ordered.  Some products have hardware kits attached to the product page for simplified ordering.
Question: My company sells gun supplies, how can I become a distributor of your products?
Answer:
Call and leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.  Due to our high volume of calls, it may take a few days for us to return your call so please be patient.
Question: Is the price on your website for a pair of your grips or for a single grip?
Answer:
All prices are based on a pair of grips where applicable.  If a single wrap-around grip is purchased, the price is for the single grip. If you purchase grips for a Colt Army Special Revolver, both grips are included.
Question: What materials are used in making your grips?
Answer:
Most of our grips are made from hard urethane plastic, a few are made of hard rubber and these are clearly identified.
Question: I recently purchased a buttplate from you, when I received it, it was curved but I need it to be flat.  Is there anything  I can do?
Answer:
If your item is warped in shipping, or if you need a curved piece and the item you have is flat, simply soak in hot tap water for about 60 seconds until pliable, then apply to gun and hold to cool.  Installation of the escutcheon or screw may also be done while the piece and escutcheon are warm to prevent cracking.
Question: I purchased the wrong grips from you, can I exchange them?
Answer: Yes.  We offer exchanges in the event you purchased the incorrect item from us.  The first thing you should do is send us an email informing us of your needing to exchange the item.  We will then verify that we have the correct product that you need and we will reply to your email, please be patient.  Once confirmed, you will then mail your item back to us and we will exchange it.  All exchanges need to be done within 30 days.  Please remember that we may need to charge for the additional shipping, depending on the circumstances involved with the return.  All items returned must be in original condition, uncut and unaltered, together with the invoice or invoice number.

Question: I want to talk to someone at your company, can I call instead of emailing?
Answer:
Absolutely.  However, please keep in mind that we receive an extremely high volume of calls daily and we may not be able to answer when you call.  If that happens, leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we are able.  The fastest way to receive a response from us is by emailing your request.
Question: If I need support after receiving my products, what should I do next?
Answer:
We strive to offer the best customer support possible and are always available to assist with any question or support issue you may have.  Our business is manufacturing reproduction grips, buttplates and grip caps and we pride ourselves on our work.  We have been making reproduction grips for over twenty five years and currently offer over 1200 products.  We have earned our reputation of reproducing quality products.
Question: The grips I purchased need a little work to make them fit better on my gun, what is the best way to make them fit more precisely?
Answer:
Most of the items are hand-casted and may be sanded, filed, reamed, drilled or polished (similar to wood) for proper fitting.  Some of our items are injection molded, and should be grinded or filed…sanding will not work.  These products will be clearly marked.  When you receive our product, you will also find helpful information included.
Question: The grips I purchased need to be altered, can I return them if I alter them and still cannot get them to fit?
Answer:
Please remember that altered merchandise cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Question: I need the hardware to go with my grips  Are the screws and escutcheons included with the grips?
Answer:
No, screws and escutcheons are not included with our grips and are an additional cost.  We have screws and escutcheons for many but not all of our grips. If you need screws and escutcheons, please order them from our site.  If we are unable to provide them with your order, we will remove the cost of the screws and escutcheons from your order.
Question: I sent an email to you yesterday and have not heard back, how long does it take to get a reply?
Answer:
   All emails are important to us. 
We receive a high volume of emails daily and try to answer as many as possible each day.  Many times we will be able to answer you in the same day. Other times it may take two or more business days to hear back from us so please be patient.
Question: I looked over your website and did not see my grips listed, what should I do next?
Answer:
  In some cases, we may be able to find another pair of grips that interchange with yours.  Please take a tracing of your grips, locate any screw holes on the tracing and also furnish measurements as close as possible. Email or fax it to us.
Question: I placed an order two days ago and received the confirmation email but I haven't received my order yet, how long will it take?
Answer: Typically, we process and ship most orders within two business days.
Question: I want to order grips but I don't want to order them on the store, is there any other way I can order?
Answer: Yes.  You may call us with your order, if you receive our voice mail, please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back.  You may mail your order also fax in your order.  Please do not send any credit card information via email.
Question: What types of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, MC and Discover.  We also accept checks and money orders.  You may also use PayPal. You may also phone in your order.
