Payment Methods	Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Money Orders, Checks, Phone Orders. Please do NOT email your credit card information.
Returns	If you find it necessary to return your order, you must do so within 30 days., an authorization or RMA number is not needed.
Return Condition	All items returned must be in original condition, uncut and unaltered, together with the invoice or invoice number.
Refund Policy	You may return your products for a full refund, less original and return shipping.
Shipping Policy / Carrier	USPS is the default shipping method. On some occasions, an alternate method might be arranged if you contact us in advance of your order.
Order Fulfillment	Most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of a regular business day. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to unexpected heavy ordering volume or during the Holiday Season.
Sales Tax	Sales tax is applied on all orders within the State of Florida.
Phone Support	The best times to call are between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
Holiday Inquiries	All Holiday email and phone inquiries will be handled beginning the first business day after a holiday.
Our Holiday Schedule	We will have our Holiday schedule online 30 days in advance of any upcoming Holiday.
Weekend Inquiries	All weekend inquiries are handled beginning on Monday and in the order they were received.
