These grips are for the Sport Model. The Walther “Polizei Pistole” was introduced in 1929 as a police holster pistol, and has been produced ever since. It has been made in .380 ACP, .32 ACP, .25 ACP, and .22 LR., and been made in a very wide array of variants.
